𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐌𝐀𝐂 recently completed the successful delivery of a customized 𝟓𝟎𝐓𝐏𝐇 𝐦𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐣𝐚𝐰 𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭 to a customer 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬. The Philippine customer is mainly engaged in road construction material supply and small-to-medium aggregate production. Due to the increasing number of local infrastructure projects, the customer needed a crushing solution capable of stable production, convenient relocation, and efficient screening performance. Traditional stationary crushing plants required higher installation costs and lacked flexibility when changing project sites. After comparing several suppliers and solutions, the customer finally selected UNIQUEMAC because of its professional engineering support, reliable equipment quality, and competitive pricing.
Based on the customer’s material characteristics and capacity requirements, UNIQUEMAC designed a complete mobile crushing production line with an output capacity of 50 tons per hour. The mobile station integrates multiple pieces of equipment into one compact and efficient system, significantly reducing installation time and improving operational flexibility.
The production line is equipped with a 𝐯𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫, which ensures continuous and even feeding of raw materials into the crushing system. Stable feeding plays a critical role in protecting the crusher from overload and maintaining smooth production throughout the operation process.

After primary crushing, materials enter the 𝟐𝟓𝟎𝐱𝟏𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐣𝐚𝐰 𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐫 for 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠. This stage further refines the material size and improves the final aggregate quality. The secondary jaw crusher provides excellent crushing efficiency and allows adjustable discharge sizes according to different production requirements.
To meet the customer’s need for multiple aggregate specifications, the mobile crushing station is also equipped with a 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞-𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐯𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧. The screening system separates crushed materials into different particle sizes suitable for road base materials, concrete aggregates, and other construction applications. The three-layer design significantly improves screening efficiency and increases the overall productivity of the production line.
The complete system is connected through a durable belt conveyor system, which ensures smooth and continuous material transfer between each production stage. The modular conveyor design also simplifies maintenance and equipment inspection during operation.
